We hope your Web Access experience will be fun and rewarding. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service and online personalisation, as well as the latest expert advice and information. This document contains our privacy policy, security measures, disclaimers, and other important information. Please take the time to read the entire User Agreement.

By registering for Web Access, you certify that you have received consent from your Doctor or other health professional to participate in the activities provided by Web Access. In addition, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be amended or modified at any time. Any amendments or modifications will be posted on our web site. Your continued usage after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of each revised provision of the Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or any revised Agreement, please refrain from using Web Access.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Our goal is to personally tailor your fitness and training activities to your interests, goals, and fitness level. In order to do this, we collect certain information about you from your use of our web site. When you use our web site, we want you to be secure with our policy on privacy because we understand that personal information regarding your health, fitness and training background is very sensitive and confidential.

The statement below outlines our privacy policy. From time to time, as we expand our services, we will update our privacy policy but the underlying goal of protecting our members' privacy will remain. 6. Supplemental Information. This site supplements the information that you provide with information that is received from third parties. This is only done with your consent, and we describe exactly what information will be gathered and how it will be used.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All Web Access systems are maintained with the latest revisions of operating systems and software, including security updates. Multiple sources of information about Internet security issues are monitored on a daily basis, and systems are carefully monitored to detect any attempts to compromise security. Access to databases is limited to technical staff performing maintenance activities, and support staff assisting a user, and in all cases, is strictly limited to the minimum necessary to perform the assigned task.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or you transmit from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we take all reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems.

Sometimes user data is not retrievable or is lost or damaged. In these instances, we will try to retrieve or restore the data but we cannot be held responsible and cannot be held liable for data that is lost or damaged, not retrievable, altered or misused. Children's Guidelines

Web Access is not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18) and prohibits registration by children under the age of eighteen (18). We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen (18).

If a child identifies himself/herself through the registration process to be under the age of eighteen (18), Web Access will not allow the child to register with Web Access or to have access to Web Access's information.

Not contrary to anything in this Agreement, we also offer additional features where we will transfer your workout data, upon your request, to other alternative channels. You may access your user information through these alternative channels. In the future, Web Access will provide you the ability to communicate with health professionals. Upon your request, Web Access will transfer your personal information and data to these health professionals and to other alternative channels.

Disclosure of Information in Certain Circumstances

Web Access may disclose a member's personal information in the following restricted cases:

1. Disclosure is required by law;

2. Violation of the Member Agreement by a member;

3. Violation of the law by a member;

4. Disclosure is essential for the continued operation of our web site or our services.

Guidelines for Members regarding E-mail

Web Access, at its sole discretion, may revoke your membership if it believes that you have violated the guidelines stated above. Web Access contains copyrighted material. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. Stuart Dyson Associates Ltd owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. Each third party content provider owns the copyright in content original to it. Member Responsibility

Limitation of Liability

Web Access and our affiliates and sponsors, are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to Web Access's web site, our web site related services and/or content, or information contained within the web site. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Stuart Dyson Associates, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of the terms and conditions of this Member Agreement.

General

Stuart Dyson Associates LTD, at its sole discretion, may revoke the membership of those who violate its guidelines or this Membership Agreement. This Membership Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action brought in connection with the Membership Agreement shall be filed within one year of the date of the alleged injury, regardless of any statute of limitations, in a court located in London, England
