By registering for Web Access, you certify that you have received consent from your Doctor or other health professional to participate in the activities provided by Web Access. This Membership Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action brought in connection with the Membership Agreement shall be filed within one year of the date of the alleged injury, regardless of any statute of limitations, in a court located in London, England
